Your Account and Payment Protection subscription levels
After your paid subscription or trial period ends, you can still use Account and Payment Protection for another 210 days, but with limited service. We’ll remind you to renew your subscription so you can keep using all its features.
The following table lists the subscription levels for Account and Payment Protection:

Expired Period | When the additional 90 days are over, the Expired Period is available for another 120 days. During this period, you can read your received emails. But, you can’t do the following:

After 210 days | Your Account Protection account is deleted. When your account is deleted, all your safe emails are also deleted. If you want to use Account Protection after this period, you must create a new account. | Your Payment Protection account is deleted. NOTES:
- A nonrefundable service fee of $0.31 + 2.99% of the purchase amount is added to each safe card transaction. There's a minimum charge of $0.50 for each purchase, inclusive of fees.
- Safe cards have a daily spending limit of $250 and an individual transaction limit of $250.
- Using a safe card is different from using a physical credit card. Other benefits of using a physical credit card like rental car insurance or reward points for purchases don't apply while using safe cards.
