This article shows you how to find the renewal costs for expired and active McAfee subscriptions on the My Account page.
McAfee will email you a reminder of the renewal prices, either 60 days before the expiration date or 30 days before the renewal date.
If you can’t find the email that contains the renewal prices, check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.
To find the renewal cost of your subscription:
- Go to myaccount.mcafee.com.
- Type in your registered email address and password.

Here, you can find the following details:- Payment History — The invoice, purchase date, amount, and subscription status.
- Expires —The expiration date for your subscription.
- Auto-renewal — The status of your auto-renewal. If it is turned off, you have the option to turn it on.
- Select Show all subscriptions to see a list of all subscriptions, including the expired ones.

- Review and select a subscription, and select Renew Now.
IMPORTANT: The renewal prices vary based on the number of devices that are protected and the type of plan you’ve selected. The renewal prices are not discounted. You will be charged the full price for a 1-year subscription, rather than the reduced prices advertised in promotions or deals. Read the Important Terms and Offer Details in the document before you renew your subscription.
If you’re unable to find renewal prices using the steps above, contact Customer Service. Our agents will help you to find your future renewal prices.
